IP21, Majaronova ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the controller), which operates the online platform eglasovanje.si, is committed to the fair and lawful use of personal data with the highest level of privacy protection. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the data controller is obliged to protect the personal data of users of the online platform.
The controller is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user during registration in the online application.
Our platform is not intended for persons under the age of 16, and we do not collect personal data from such individuals.

Voting Organizers

Who Can Access Your Personal Data
Users of the eglasovanje.si Platform
All information that you publish or enter during the use of the application (e.g., text entered as part of a ballot) may be visible to certain users (e.g., individuals who cast votes).
Law Enforcement Authorities
The data collected and processed by the controller will only be disclosed if required by law or based on a court order from a competent court.
Managing Personal Data
To review, correct, or delete personal data stored in our platform, voting organizers can log into their profile where these data can be managed. Voters can contact the voting organizer for this purpose or, in case of an unsatisfactory response, contact user support at: info@ip21.si
Deleting your account will delete all personal data associated with you. Other data created by you (such as created votes, submitted ballots) may remain in our databases, but these will no longer be linked to your identity.

Disabling Analytical Cookies
For website visit analytics purposes, used to develop the platform, we use the open-source analytics system Matomo, hosted on our server. All personal data is anonymized, and visit data cannot be linked to your identity. We DO NOT share data with third parties, nor do we use systems from other providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook).
We only use Matomo on public static web pages (such as the main, presentation page, etc.) and occasionally on pages for creating and managing the voting system. The system will never be included on published ballots and the ballot management system.
